Site Clean Contracting Services was established in 2002 by Master Builder - John Goodwin with the vision of providing a value for money building & maintenance service with the simple philosophy of always delivering jobs on time and on budget – every time!

 

John is passionate about his vision, and ensuring the company continues to evolve as one of Melbourne’s west and northern suburbs’ top building and maintenance construction companies. 

He is committed to his team and supporting them to ensure that they take ownership to deliver what is promised.

SCB has developed its offering into three distinct business units:

 

1.      Building & Construction

2.      Schools & Church property maintenance

3.      Demolition and site cleaning

 

The company is on the ‘preferred supplier ‘list of more than 350 schools due to the recruitment, training and supervision processes of its people. All of whom are professional, well presented, disciplined and best-suited for building and maintenance jobs within school environments. 

 

All our team members are qualified, motivated and ‘can-do’ individuals in possession of Working with Children clearances and hired for their abilities to politely interact within school and church environments whilst always ensuring a safe and OHS compliant work site.
